Now Hiring - Ad Agency Marketing Manager / Account Executive / Strategist in Manchester, NH

In this position, you will be a leader and vital contributor in the development and execution of client marketing strategies and tactics for EVR’s senior living clients. The primary role is to deliver strategic marketing solutions for assigned clients on behalf of the agency. Key knowledge areas include content marketing, digital advertising and media. You will ensure the agency meets and exceeds client demands and expectations and that internal teams are prepared to execute accordingly.

Experience with copy development and content marketing is required. This includes a myriad of projects, including website content and blogs, ad copy (print and digital), email marketing and direct mail. Internal and external copy partners available as part of project execution.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Inject marketing strategy and current trends to the clients you help manage
• Identify, cultivate and propose new business ideas and opportunities to clients acting as a strategic partner
• Demonstrate a passion for developing client relationships and marketing fundamentals
• Prepare campaign plans, supervise tactical execution and track results
• Work with Media Team to develop and execute traditional and digital media plans
• Work with Creative Team to develop and deploy creative and content campaign elements
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all activities on the client’s behalf and assist in preparation of project status reports as needed
• Participate in internal strategic and production meetings to ensure effective project management, consistently exceed client expectations and continually maintain/improve the agency-client relationship
• Become educated and stay abreast of all developments in client industries, which will include such verticals as senior living and retirement communities.
• Keep growing as an agency professional through professional education, stretching skill sets, celebrating successes and learning from mistakes
• Maintain a commitment to the ongoing improvement of presentation skills
• Understand how the agency makes money and contribute to profitability through good business management
• Network, connect and be a positive advocate for the agency in the community
• Potential opportunity for leadership responsibilities of an account team
